Eager Engineers

Our Approach.

  • No Kit Assembly

Learn how to face projects wihout a pre-determined action plan and finish line.

  • Idea Generation

Learn how to generate ideas, set up an action plan, break down the project into components and systematically them.

  • The Toolkit

The Toolkit courses are designed to teach students fundamental theories and basic usage of tools in a follow along format.

  • The Sandbox

The Sandbox courses are designed to teach students how to effectively deploy their toolkit in a real world project. Assessment is required prior to joning.

Our Courses.

  • The Toolkit: Coding with Scratch

Learn the building blocks of computer programming and code up some fun beginner games that put those skills to practice! Students will use the programming language Scratch to code small games and stories.

  • The Toolkit: Electricity and Power

Learn the fundamentals of electricity and Ohm’s law and get your hands dirty with some real wiring! Students will learn a theoretical understanding of voltage, current and resistance and put the theory in practice by wiring introductory circuits.

  • The Toolkit: 3D Design and Printing

Learn how to use Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to model your own 3D objects and try your hands at making your design come to reality with our 3D printer! Students will learn the CAD software OnShape and PrusaSlicer.

  • The Toolkit: Understanding AI

With all the hype around AI these days, let’s take a peek at the inner workings of AI models and some of the math behind them. We’ll also look at how these concepts compare to our own human brain and finish off by training our own AI.

  • The Toolkit: Sensors and Microcontrollers

Already have coding and circuits in your toolkit? Add one of the most powerful tools in robotics by learning how to make programmable circuits using low voltage electronics!

  • The Sandbox: Coding with Scratch

Already comfortable with the foundational skills of coding? Learn how to generate realistic project goas acording to your skills and execute them systematically. The first class of each program is dedicated to coming up with the idea for the 8-week session!

  • The Sandbox: Mechatronics

Put together your skills from coding, electricity, microcontollers and 3D design into a truly challenging multidisciplinay project!

  • The Creative Mind: Be an Engineer

(Available upon request. Contact for more info.)

Got a cool idea to build? Want to see what it’s like to be an engineer? Want to supplement your technical skills with project management, resource allocation, delivery presentations and much more?

Work one on one with an engineer and go through every step of the way like a true professional!
